These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern use of the websites and services operated by Multiply Technologies LLC DBA Leadio ("we," "us," or "our"), including our Leadio local-service marketing websites and lead delivery services (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Our marketing websites let consumers request quotes from independent local businesses. We deliver those inquiries to the relevant business; we do not perform the underlying services and are not a party to any transaction between a consumer and a business. Businesses subscribe to receive lead delivery for a market under a separate commercial agreement billed through our payment processor.
Business customers may opt in during signup to receive SMS lead alerts at the mobile number they provide. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Multiply Technologies (Leadio) with new lead details. Message frequency varies with lead volume. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. For support, contact leadioresources@gmail.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You agree not to misuse the Services, including submitting false inquiries, interfering with the operation of the websites, or using the Services in violation of applicable law.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about the volume or outcome of leads, and we are not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent businesses that receive inquiries. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of the Services is limited to the amounts paid to us for the Services in the three months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
